My Second Fall: Rock Bottom With a Family to Feed
The diagnosis? Depression.

In 2010, my wife Nini had an accident on an aircraft. 2.5 years of rehabilitation. 3 knee reconstructions. Severe mental health struggles. Permanent disability.
She fell pregnant and lost her job. She had to return to Taiwan while 6 months pregnant.
At the peak of my career, I had to choose: keep climbing or be there for my family.
I resigned. I was there for my daughter's birth.
